Firestone Complete Auto Care

I will always replace my tires here! A few years ago I got my whole set replaced by these fellas. Recently, I ran over a nail and I brought it to ask if I was under warranty. After looking, I must have turned down the roadside, but they said they could squeeze me in, while I saw that were actively busy. They took it in and they helped me get back on the road in less than a half hour! Good business and great mechanics. Highly recommend!

Shout out to the staff at WDSM Firestone (22nd Street)! Was able to get my truck in the last minute for an oil change. Staff provided excellent customer service and explained service and price. Great job Brandon, Blake, and service Techs!

I stopped on my road trip because I urgently needed new front tires. The service writer was very kind and informed, and they were able to get me in quickly, and kept me updated as the work progressed. Great customer service and communication 🙏👍

I had a great experience at Firestone on 22nd Street in Des Moines. Cory helped me every step of the way and was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and giving honest advice throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and informed instead of pressured. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and patience. Highly recommend this location and especially Cory if you need help with your vehicle!

We had a great experience with Firestone Complete Auto Care. Our truck was stranded on the side of the interstate and the team worked quickly to help us get back on the road with four new tires. There was a small mix-up with the inventory system showing tires that were not actually in stock, but the staff handled it professionally. They arranged to get the tires from another store and still completed the job as quickly as possible. We really appreciated the communication, effort, and customer service during a stressful situation. Thanks again to the team for going above and beyond to help us out.
